Q - What are your office hours?

A - Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm (phones are closed for lunch and at 3:00pm), Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am-1:00pm. Please give us a call at (972) 747-4700 to schedule an appointment.


Q - Who should see an Internal Medicine Doctor?

A - Anyone who experiences symptoms such as a minor sniffle or cough to those experiencing more severe symptoms associated with possible chronic medical problems.


Q - Does Dr. Pho see children?

A - Dr. Pho prefers to see patients that are eleven years or older. He leaves those under eleven years old to the care of the pediatricians.


Q - How soon will I be able to get an appointment?

A - We are currently accepting new patients. In most cases, same day appointments will be available.


Q - What should I bring with me when I come for my first office visit?

A - Please bring a picture ID, your insurance card, prescription medication(s) that you are currently taking, and any medical records from referring doctor or former primary care physician(s). There are also forms to read and fill out - which are located under the Office - First Visit section.


Q - Will my insurance be accepted by your office?

A - Please view the insurance plans section to see if your insurance is accepted or you can call us at 972-747-4700 and we will be happy to verify if Dr. Pho is on your insurance plan.


Q - What payment methods do you accept?

A - We accept cash, MasterCard, and VISA.


Q - What is a co-payment?

A - This is the charge that your insurer requires you to pay a doctor's office at the time service is rendered. This amount varies from one health insurance plan to the next.


Q - What is a deductible?

A - This is the amount that you are required to pay before your co-payment rate is effective. The deductible amount is set by the health insurance plan and is reset yearly.


Q - What is your policy on releasing records?

A - For us to release a patient's records, we must have written consent. Standard copying fees apply.


Q - What do I do if I have an emergency?

A - If you are truly having a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

A - Texas Health Resources Allen.
